Well, title says it all: do i really need to pinpoint O?

Planning to take SP, vitex.

Almost always O at cd 15, so when i take vitex and SP, i thought i stop at cd14 and BD that day or n cd13.

Or shall i buy OPKs?

I was advised to buy OPKs, since I want to DTD only once. I think its a good idea if youre swaying pink, so you have a higher chance of getting pregnant. :)

We dtd just once when we saw the first smiley on our opk and got our girl(15 or so hours after the smiley to be more specific). If you want to be precise I'd say go for the opk's.

Ok, thanks! I used to use a digital monitor which calculated my green and red days and it indicated my o-day (it showed an egg sign for 48 hours). I conceived both my boys at once during that sign. Think i'm gonna use it again, can't hurt!

I would buy OPK because the supps and diet can delay O.
