Well, it's been 6 cycles now since my m/c, and still nothing but stark white lines on the HPTs. I am really at a loss, since all 3 of my pgs have been OHWs. My first cycle after m/c I didn't ovulate, but I for sure O'd in the ones after that. I should mention that I'm 40.

I am not swaying for gender, but for a healthy sticky egg. And that healthy sticky egg sway looks like a boy sway. I did 3 cycles on soy isos, but am fairly sure that it was completely messing up my estrogen levels, so I have since dropped it. I just started my second cycle on Vitex, which I added to level out my hormones, and it really seems to be doing the trick. In fact, I had no PMS to mention last cycle, and I didn't spend the entire 2ww with sore boobs and a headache :)

I have a docs appt next week, where I'll be doing a battery of tests. She mentioned something about Clomid or other appropriate meds/injectibles. She doesn't seem to think it's blocked tubes, but we will investigate that.

So...my question is...does anyone have anything in particular they can attribute they're pregnancy to after 40? I swear I am taking every supp under the sun, but I've dropped a few that didn't seem to be doing anything. Any favourable meds/injectibles? I am open to ANY suggestions, lol.

the one thing I think helped me get pg was not getting up after BD and just laying there and going to sleep. I think DH's troops needed the help to make it with their tiny walkers and canes and oxygen tanks LOL.

I have seen some of your posts and you seem to know about all the supps. The only one that I came across doing my research (I am 38) that I haven't really seen mentioned much is pqq. It is a b vitamin (recently classed that) that seems to work (in mice at least) similar to coQ10 in that it helps the mitochondria (=better egg) and possibly fsh levels. I am making sure to get some of that, and choline (which seems to be almost as important as folate in decreasing defects) through my diet now to help my little bub. I am uncertain if there are supplement forms of it available but here is a list of foods PQQ Rich Foods - PQQ (http://pyrroloquinoline-quinone.com/pqq-info/pqq-rich-food/) .My pos came after taking vitex from af-af and then o. Hope it happens for you soon.
