I was just wondering if there are any who only did cardio for exercise and still got boy? I never did weights whole my life and its very difficult to get used to lifting heavy weights :-( So just want to hear out experiences on how important weight training is for boy sway.

I was doing 45min brisk walk in the mornings 5 x per week + 30 day shred DVD 4 x per week + lifting heavy weights 1 x per week. That got me my boy :)

I only did weight training hardly any cardio, you don't have to lift heavy weights you could use your own body weight and still build muscle

I wasn't doing cardio so much as interval training...like you go full out for 90 seconds and "rest" for 30 seconds. They say it's better for you than cardio.

I think I'm going to calm down on the treadmill Im not going really fast but just trying to do power walking. And lifting weights I do sometimes after cardio sometimes I just do cardio depending on how I feel.. and dloui is right there are so many other ways of liftin weights ie your own body weight.. X

You can absolutely do cardio and get a boy. Under 45 min of cardio 4-5 times a week is fine for a blue sway, and if you do something like climbing steps, squats, lunges, you will be building your muscle mass in your legs and thighs and that will sway blue. Taebo and kickboxing can also sway blue because you're doing the motions of fighting and your body may interpret that as actual fighting and raise T levels.

You do not need to do heavy weights for TTC a boy - even light weights help build your testosterone. 1 lb weights are fine for a boy. Even soup cans are fine for a boy.
