Saw palmetto and peppermint tea

Hello! If I'm taking sp from af-o, can I also drink the odd cup of peppermint tea safely? How much tea would be safe - 1 a day? 1 or 2 a week? None? Thanks :)

Your not supposed to take both. SP is more effective.
