DH over 40. Any pointers?

HI, I am 31 and dh is 42. I have read his sperm quality and quantity has decreased which will sway girl. Is there anything besides supplemts and 2-4 day release that will help this? He is taking multi, Coq-10, fish oil, b-12, l'arginine, and D. We are going to start trying in March but I estimate it will take 2-3 cycles at least to get pregnant based on past experience. Has anyone had experience with this? Thanks is advance.

Thanks! That's a relief. I haven't been telling dh about sway, just that these supplements are for health but I may have to come clean. He looked at me like I was crazy today when I bought 3 boxes of gelatin.
