Hello ladies,
I am new to this gender swaying business, but a random google search has led me to this site.
DH & I are already smitten parents to a beautiful 3.5year old boy but have decided it's time to try for another baby.
I am desperate for a little girl to complete our family as we both agree that we want 2 children.
I am very, very new to all of this so hoping to learn as much as I can ready for TTC this summer (I need to lose some weight first)
I would love to hear from other mummies who have managed a successful pink sway with PCOS, I have read so much information my head feels ready to explode!
:worry:

Welcome and good luck! You will love it here!

I was also diagnosed with PCOS a couple years ago and have a son who is 19 monts old. We are now swaying for a girl so :fx: for both of us.

Have you read atomics essay about PCOS yet? It's awesome like all here essays, you should take a look ;).

Hi and welcome, I'm from the uk and I also have PCOS, so I think the main things are that we should try and keep our carbs down and up our veg and fruit instead. Go wholemeal on the pasta, rice and bread and full fat on the dairy. It makes things double confusing when you add PCOS to the mix doesn't it!

Hi Serendipity...
SO confusing, my poor brain!
I usually eat no bread, rice or pasta whatsoever but I'm reading that to sway pink I need to be eating grains which worries me.
It's getting used to a whole new way of eating...scary stuff.
I have followed (loosely) an atkins or dukan style diet and still need to lose a good chunk of weight so I need to decide whether to continue that sort of eating until I reach goal weight or start one of these pink swaying diets!
