Hello,
So far I've only had 350 calories today (lunch). I really fancy a jacket potato for dinner, am I allowed to have jacket potato with tuna, salad and a tiny bit of extra light mayo. I will then have some fruit afterwards for dessert.
The only tuna we have indoors is in oil, is this OK if I drain it out well.
Thank you xx

I say definitely go for the potato with plenty on it other than meat. I think tuna and salmon are up there with beef as far as the bigger things to try and avoid. The tuna is so full of good fat and nutrition is why. If it is a once in a while thing it may be ok. Also, maybe try to rinse it a little to get some of the oil off? That's just what I would do if I had to have it.

If you have only had 350 calls in a day, you can have whatever you want.
Starvation is NOT LE DIET. The lower requirements of the diet are just as important as the upper ones are.
It is the overall goals of the diet that count and not any magic foods.
I ate potatoes several times a week when I got Suzy.

Oh I know we don't need to starve ourselfs but I don't seem to be able to get enough calories with what I am eating but I am still able to eat meat and potatoes but am still keeping my protein and carbs low.
I seem to have between 800-1000 calories a day but I'm not meaning too. The only difference in my diet is that I am skipping breakfast and not snacking.

You need to eat more at meals, even if it's something like a full sugar pop to get calories up.
