So far I have been...
Drinking 1 cup of coffee (aspartame), 1 egg (chili powder), 1 cup of yogurt, salad or veggie wrap, cottage cheese, crystal light, and a normal dinner but it is changing a little.

Vita/Min/Herbs taken at set times... Cal, Mag, Cran, Vitex, Saw Palmetto, b6, Folic Acid, Iron, A, E, and C. I have vitamin issues so some have to be taken until 2 wks before bding, and others are by choice for a healthy baby.

Walk about 1 mile a day... DS1 in the stroller and DS2 in the ergo carrier.

Ions, moon, and other stuff happening in June.

But so far I am doing ok and I lost 9lbs. I have had a hard time loosing so I am very happy. Only 20 lbs before I hit my goal... The best part is DS2 is gaining weight.
