Ive been to a few different drug stores, and just got home from Walmart. The only Saw Palmetto I found was this one:
Spring Valley Saw Palmetto Supplement - Walmart.com (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Spring-Valley-Herbal-Supplement-Saw-Palmetto-100-ct/10324964)

Reading the ingredients, it also had olive oil, glycerin, and gelatin. :suprise:

Is this one okay? I didnt get it because I wasnt sure.

Although, if Im due for AF the 12th, and want to TTC this month, should I even bother with SP & Vitex? Ive just been reading SP needs 6 weeks to get working?

Does it? I am going to start at the beginning of AF till O even though we are having an attempt in march - cant hurt and may help! Let me know what you decide as I am it he same boat:)

Im thinking Im going to get it soon, and just start taking it before AF. Ill be on it for nearly 4 weeks so i hope that will work for me along with Vitex :) Good luck with your sway! What are you doing along with the SP?
