I can not remember WHY I started taking these but was sure on IG I was recommended to? Maybe I got my wires crossed but now i am stressing that I am not meant to be taking them, only DH :sad:

L'Argenine' makes ewcm and raises testosterone.

B12' makes folic acid work better.
