Which is better, or works better for regulating O?

My last few cycles I've O'd on CD 20-22 and I have a LP or 9-10 days. I want O to come sooner so that hopefully my LP gets longer. I'm not really worried about which sways harder, just which is more effective!

Any of your experiences with either would be great!

I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to swaying, but, I can tell you my experience with vitex and what I've heard. Before I conceived this LO, I usually O'd on day 17. I took vitex the month I conceived. I took it from day 1 to day 15 or 16. I didn't actually O until CD 21. So, in my case it delayed O. I wasn't doing any other swaying things, just taking the vitex for that cycle. So it had to be the vitex that delayed me. It probably helped me conceive that cycle, too. My LP was 12 days long, I believe. I've also heard that vitex can make women O earlier then they normally do. I have no experience with soy. I guess you just have to try one of them and see what happens bc every woman will respond differently to them.
