I just wondered if this was ok for breakfast and if it sways blue.. Greek yoghurt, strawberries, banana (alternate different fruits) and 25 crushed almonds

sounds great...as long as you get in a protein (yogurt/nuts) and a carb you're good. The fruits are carbs/fibre, you could even add a piece of toast if you were so inclined ;)

Its got good stuff in it... Id have a large portion or add toast like anchor suggested.

Yes perfect and I don't think you need to add anything unless you're really underweight..

Mmmmm wow that looks totally delicious!! I have granola oat cereal with a banana I don't know if that's filling enough for breakfast but like an hour later I have 1/4cup of almonds with 3dates..

Oh great!! I have found something else to munch on in the mornings!! The crushed almonds taste yummy with the yoghurt. Shortly after this i had two ryvitas with green tea. Thanks ladies

I shouldn't read these threads, I miss my breakfast so much! Lol!
I used to have branflakes mixed with cornflakes with dried fruit, fresh fruit and sunflower seeds every day!

Ah i find this hard. Looking back i had such a bad diet.. Would miss breakfast bcos i was rushing to work. I miss my junk food lol... Cakes chocs... Desserts after everyyy meal. Good luck with your sway :-)
