Supplements safe with thyroxin

I'm planning my girl sway next year and will defo be buying a sway plan and I take 150mg thyroxin each day for an under active thyroid, am planning on taking all supplements recommended for pinkys but wondered if they were all safe? Thinking ahead! Am gonna follow Le diet too x

If you get a sway plan then I cross check all your medications to make sure they are compatible. Not all the supps are ok with thyroid stuff but I have lots of alternatives that I substitute in. I've done several plans for people with various forms of thyroid issues.

Great, so looking forward to getting my plan! But not planning ttc for another year yet x
