Hi , Hope you are all well.
Well Im going to do a girl sway for 12 weeks maybe more .I have been doing weight watchers for ages now but only lost 2lbs(kept losing then putting on).Going to do it propley now( as of last week)
I am trying to cut out breakfast but finding this hard as I feel a bit sick if I don't eat anything.
BREAKFAST...
a low fat muller light yogart with strawberries or raspberries or blueberries with either sweetner or honey on top and a crushed up meringue nest. (yes very sweet tooth this is my norm breakfast!)
or I have 2 slices low cal weight bread with strawberry jam. trying to leave breakfast as late as poss and trying to slowly have none.
LUNCHES....
sometimes either of the above, or carrot soup, low cal soup....on a Tuesday due to being busy sometimes nothing!
DINNERS....
low fat weight watcher dinner on a Thursday as don't get in till after 9pm.
home cooked meals including sweet potatoes,sweetcorn,peas,sprouts,gravey,cranberry sauce,pasta,lettuce,light salad cream,sometimes lamb,pork, (obviously not altogether ha ha ) not a big meat lover.
sometimes low fat yogart or ice lolly for pudding.
DRINKS....
loads of no added sugar squash,diet fizzy drinks.dont drink tea or coffee.im not keen on milk .
This is what I normally eat anyway but minus the snacks in between! i.e sweeties!
im a real stress head and get stressed very easily.Had to have a bit of help with this last year as it made me ill( money worries when could not work due to asthma attacks and 4th op).I have been using lavender to calm me a bit but still find it hard to get to sleep/stay asleep.
I was on asthma steroid tablets for over a year till 3 months ago.still have to take steroid inhaler though.
I try to exercise at least an hour a day by walking though sometimes I have to bike 20 mins then another 20 mins later when partner has my car.
No cranberry tabs/calcium tabs etc etc as been reading info on here about them.
got a few stone to lose am 34 yrs old about 5ft 7 weigh 13st 09lbs (got weighed tonight) want to get back into my 10 st mark again.
Am I doing the right things???
only want the one child and ive always wanted a girl so hoping my sway goes well and I end up like my mum who had 4 girls and not 2 of my sister's who had boys! x
