We're hoping for a summer babe in 2014, so I was going to start TTC around August. After reading all the great information on this site (thank you!), I think I'll at least be doing LE diet and exercise to sway pink.
I'm not trying for significant weight loss right now, but I do have a bit of winter fat that has accumulated, and I wanted to get rid of it for summer so that I feel good in my bathing suit. Would a good idea be do my normal yoga/Pilates and walking now to get the tone that I want, and then start the intense cardio around the end of June?
It's so awesome to have a place to talk about this stuff ... so many people say, "Oh, so do you want a girl?" but then totally pooh-pooh any kind of sways :rolleyes:.
