We're hoping for a summer babe in 2014, so I was going to start TTC around August. After reading all the great information on this site (thank you!), I think I'll at least be doing LE diet and exercise to sway pink.

I'm not trying for significant weight loss right now, but I do have a bit of winter fat that has accumulated, and I wanted to get rid of it for summer so that I feel good in my bathing suit. Would a good idea be do my normal yoga/Pilates and walking now to get the tone that I want, and then start the intense cardio around the end of June?

It's so awesome to have a place to talk about this stuff ... so many people say, "Oh, so do you want a girl?" but then totally pooh-pooh any kind of sways :rolleyes:.

I'm going to be ttc July-August. I'm starting my diet about 2 months before ttc but only because I'm petite and don't have much weight to loose. I will also be fasting a in July for religious reasons. There are some girls that start about 3 months before the ttc

I'm going to bump this for the exercise question because I'm not sure how to answer. I'm trying to decide if I want to do the exercise because I don't have a lot of time but since the results are so good I'm thinking I will make the time. I read that you should do an hour of intense work out if you do choose to go that route.
