This might be a silly question but I' m new to this whole thing so I'm going to ask anyway. For the girl diet it says to indulge your sweet tooth. I also read on someone's forum post or blog saying to eat sugar substitutes instead of pure cane sugar. Is there a reason why? I've been drinking the peppermint tea and normally I drink my teas with honey, is that a no no? Should I stick with splenda or is powered/granulated sugar ok? Is honey not recommended?

Thanks ladies, your feedbacks and advices are much appreciated.

Some people believe that artificial sweeteners swya pink on their own and so people like to include them.

Plus, sugar constantly all day long (even honey) every hour or so, raises your blood sugar level and keep it elevated all day long, which may make you more blue friendly.

I have no idea why someone said to avoid pure cane sugar. That sounds like an IG thing to me. Honey may be slightly blue friendly because it may contain extra nutrients http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/2038-sweetening-up-your-sway-pink-blue.html but I seriously doubt that a single sway has ever succeeded or failed on the basis of honey LOL.
