I don't think I have ever been so happy to see AF! She didn't stay long, just 2 days. Vitex is great!
I am TTC this cycle as I am still bf and I know it sways pink so want to get the full benefit by TTC ASAP. I am on the LE diet, and have a few questions.
Firstly, I love my tea and I can manage to skip breakfast but having a pot of aspartame sweetened tea instead really helps. I heard that caffeine sways blue, so should I stop this? A good cuppa is the most difficult thing for me to give up!
Secondly, I am sticking to a small selection of foods as it is easier for me to stay on the LE diet if I do this. I don't have the time or energy to have complex meal plans as well as cook for the rest of the family. I am planning on having some cheap tescos noodles for my lunch but swap the salt laden flavour sachet for a little veggie bouillon powder. And accompany this with a peeled apple/cucumber chunk. The ingredients for the noodles are wheat flour, vegetable oil and a little salt. Then for dinner I am having either a pasta based meal or a rice one, both with veg such as courgettes, green beans and brocolli. Variations on this are egg (white only) fried rice, courgette/large mushroom stuffed with veg, rice and garlic with maybe a pinch of cheese on top.
I am only taking vitex and folic acid because I am BF.
Does this sound ok? I am hoping for a short intense sway, have noticed the pounds coming off already :)
