I found this bread that has only 40 mg of sodium and 50 calories per slice. Is it okay to eat on the girl diet? I'm a little concerned with the "enriched" part, but I do like the sodium and calories!

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Pear Juice Concentrate,Yeast,Organic Tapioca Syrup, Methylcellulose,Orange Citrus Fiber, Salt, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Calcium Phosphate., Glucono Delta Lactone.Enriched with Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron and Folic Acid.

Yes! ALL the bread you find is enriched, no getting around that. But I like the sodium/calorie content a lot!!!

http://www.ener-g.com/wholesale/ They also have a lot of other products that may be helpful!!!

Their website has only WHOLESALE products, so very large quantity and high in price, but all the nutritional info is there. Then once you see a product, you can Google it and find a different site that will sell you smaller quantities!!! (no one needs 5 cases of pretzels LOL)
