our little family is moving for a new adventure and new jobs for us in Asia. I have packed some necessities which include a bottle of vitex just incase we want to ttc, but ive only managed to find one bottle from a few local chemists so i've only got a supply of 60 tablets. Is it ok to take it during the O week (take for 7 days) ?

Is vitex really is the key to ttc girl?how much % is the success rate with/without vitex? My diet is horrible though! But i guess there is no magic tool!

Thanks!

Oh also, since i cannot pack heavy stuff, i cant bring cranberry tablets either.so it seems that i only rely on diet, little amount of vitex and of course heaps of calcium (but i heard this raises PH? - but calcium is one of the most praised stuffs for success in IG forum?) i surely dont want to load myself with too much vitamin as my body will think its at its healthiest state which sways boys more.

Maybe starving myself is the better option?

You can buy everything you need online and get it shipped to you if you want a really strong sway.

No, Vitex is not the key for TTC a girl. Diet is way, way more important.

I would not take vitex for 7 days in O week. It's not going to have enough time to do any good and will royally screw up your ovulation.

The case against calcium and swaying is in these three threads (links in the first one to the other two) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/610-calcium-conundrum-controversial.html I got a girl with DH and I getting hardly any calcium after having 4 boys where we both were getting tons. Lots of other people on this site have had similar experiences both geting girls with little calcium and getting boys with lots.

The LE Diet DOES NOT mean to starve yourself. If you are starving yourself, that is NOT LE Diet. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/24628-le-diet-faq.html

It depends where you are going, but a lot of places in ASia are fantastic for herbal supplements. You might find everything you need there.
