This is in no way trying to say what works and what doesn't !
We all have different beliefs when it comes to our sways..
Just thought it would be interesting to see what people believe.
So if you could only choose one factor to sway be it diet , supps , fr , timing , excercise , ph ,moon , calenders or just simply in gods hands ..etc .
Which one would you choose and why ? ( what are you swaying ? )


so here goes i'll start ; if i had to choose one i would choose supps. (ttc boy )
reason being i never took them with my first two , and think that i was probably lacking some important vitamines and minerals in my body to conceive a boy ! hence i had girls lol

I think I would choose licorice root tablets for my dh to take to sway pink as I haven't tried them before. x

With swaying boy if i only did one thing it would have been diet. Really i had a crap diet before and the HE diet is beneficial to the baby, i learned a lot about food and choices and felt so much better eating healthy foods, and learning how to make healthy foods and cooking was actually different and fun.

I would choose diet, while swaying blue I was giving my body so many more good nutrients then I did with my girls

1.First i think its in the hands of god !
then i believe in :
2. diet
3. PH
4. Hormones
5. Douching

Above all else in God's hands/luck

1) Diet (inc. multivitamins and fish oil for blue)

2)Diet

3)Diet

4)Raising/lowering DH sperm count

5)Exercise (I didn't use to think this was that important but it is seeming to be)

6)Learning to let go of control for pink swayers and take control for blue (and swaying is a good way for blue swayers to do that)

7)Seasons (wish we knew more about how to harness this tho)

I don't think the rest of it really matters. Release, timing, pH, the hormonal supps, antihistamine/Robi/Muci, even number of attempts are all just ways to "fake" the effects of real things like diet and lifestyle. Those things sway for real reasons, all the rest of it does is try to imitate that, they don't do as great a job as the real deal and they end up preventing pregnancy for so many people that they give up on diet in favor of doing things like lime douche and baking soda finger which simply CAN'T be the reason swaying works because people have had boys and girls since time began without using those things.

Most supplements are not absorbed. You can test it yourself!

Definitely diet and foods you consume. You cannot take supplements and not change your diet.

^^^ you have to look at supplements for blue as a PART of diet - the two are not really indivisible. :) :agree:

Diet then exercise.

I was actually the same weight when I concieved my DD & DS. But with my DD I had lost weight & muscle tone getting down to that weight and for DS I was gaining weight & muscle.

Even though I haven't swayed yet, I definitely agree with diet b/c I eat a COMPLETELY blue diet and have done so for years, hence my 2 boys. :) I am hoping the HUGE change in diet that the LE will be for me and also the new place I have gotten to in my faith in which I KNOW I am not in control (I used to have a much harder time with that one) will be enough to sway pink for me.
