I plan to exercise 6 days a week, hard cardio. But I need to work on my abdominals before a. Pregnancy, will that much muscle raise my T? Are there herbs or something I can use to lower it?
For my husband, what can we use to raise Estrogen? Licorice root, soy milk?
I plan on taking Acidopilius and drinking Aspartame. I'm breastfeeding my DS, is there a safe antihistimine I can take?
I plan on abstain and doing a douche beforehand then lime tampon I think. And DTD 48 hours after +OPK.

Hi Becca

I think most women take the saw palmetto to lower T levels. Unless you are planning on building yourself an 8-pack out of your abs, I wouldn't worry too much about a few sit-ups.

Your DH can take LR from your AF-O (I think 14 days is the max on that) and some soy milk would be good too.

Why are you taking the acidophilus? I wouldn't.
Don't go overboard on the aspartame as you are BF'ing, if you decide to ingest it at all.

The abstain and douche is a solid plan. :)

I read on here Acidophilis is good to lower PH or something. I already take them daily anyway. Haven't gotten sick all winter. And okay, thanks for replying!

First of all the answers to almost all these questions and many more can be found here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/3305-complete-index.html

You don't need to work on your abdominals during pregnancy unless you have separated ab muscles or something?? You can't work abs from second trimester on anyway so by the time you give birth, that will be 6 months + of not working them and any good you would do from working them now, will be totally undone by then anyway. I also think working your abs sways blue.

SP OR pep tea may help lower testosterone

licorice root and soy milk help raise estrogena nd also may lower testosterone (but save these for DH only, not you)

cetirizine and diphenhydramine safe

Skip the acidophilus, we got terrible results with it. The only sway tactic that was less than 50 50.

we have gotten lousy results with acidophilus and so most of us aren't using it, evne tho it is said to lower pH it doesn't seem to be working
