Ugh, I took two days off of exercising because I wasn't feeling great and now I can't seem to get back into the swing of things. Usually thinking about the 'it's a boy!' moment helps me, but lately I am just so blah.
Sorry, no real point to this post, just wanted to vent.

Sometimes it is just the thought of exercising rather than the exercise itself. Once you start you will be fine. 2 days is not a long break anyway. More of a recovery time to grow those muscles :)
And the its a boy moment really is worth every min of the diet and exercise and feeling like you have more supplements then a small pharmacy.
Having said that I am already planning my post baby diet & exercise plan  I have now gained 14lb since the start of pregnancy and 8lb on the HE diet

Huds. I was eating all around me for the 1st trimester. I don't get morning sickness so I was eating everything and anything that took my fancy without worrying about protein content or blood sugars. But it was pretty HE all the same, no cravings for sweet things this time. My stomach is starting to get squashed now so I am eating 4-5 small meals per day

You don't need to continue the full HE Diet but you do need to keep in mind that baby boys need more nutrients, so you shouldn't start cutting back on foods trying to limit weight gain when pg, carry on eating breakfast and lots of protein and healthy fat and fruit and veg, but you don't need all the snacks.
