I thought Zyrtec is recommended and if the effect of it is not sufficient you can take benadryl additionally.

it is different for everyone. zyrtec lasts longer

I found zyrtec makes me much drier but I know some others have said benadryl works better for them. try both and see

yes true and this was confirmed to me as safe by doctors and pharmacists
