I would like to look at the French gender diet. Can we access it here if we become a member or would I need to buy the book? I am very little and don't think I could actually lose any weight and still be healthy. I heard that the French diet isn't as hard core as other diets? Is the French diet still good enough to sway for pink??

Hi, I think you can find all the information you need on the French diet if you become a member. There are lots of different opinions as to whether it is as good, if you read all the threads it will help you decide. I too am quite low weight but even if you lose just a little bit that still makes the difference as it's all about making your body think times are hard as this sways girl. I decided to go for the low everything diet as personally I think it will have a better chance but there are girls doing the French gender one. GL

If you are already very low in weight then you don't need to lose any weight although even just one pound can help your sway. The French Gender Diet is fine too and I think it sways for all the same reasons that the "low-everything" diet sways (when it is done correctly, that is - people eat more than they are supposed to sometimes on the FGD). You will want to choose low-fat dairy options whenever possible.

I'm glad you posted that, I'm slim too and don't really want to lose weight either!
