Ok, I needed to get my cals up so hubby and I had a bottle of wine. I got my pos opk today so I guess that must have made me feel a little frisky... Anyway we knew we couldn't try this month because my cycles are all up the spout from bf-ing and possibly the diet too (not eating enough) and I have had a really short LP. But honestly I also felt happy to wait, particularly as feeling so frisky and well... Up for properly enjoying DTD... So we were having sex without a condom, he was planning to pull out. Only I got excited, which got him excited and well yeah!! Heeeelp!
Not a good time to try with luteal phase defect. Big O (big time!!). What shall I do?? Freaked out I ran to the bathroom and I inserted the best part of a tube of RepHresh. I appreciate the chances of conception are very slim baring in mind my body and stuff. But in the small chance that this problem is resolved and some sperm make it through the copious amounts of RepHresh have I ruined it all anyway with the big O? And what about that sways blue?
My poor husband I was like 'oh my goodness!? What did you do!!?' I told him I'd come here for advice and he said 'oh no, they will all be angry at me'. I love him so much.
Anyway yes, girls, please help me!!
Thank you. X

If you couldn't get a girl after the big O I don't think that there would be many girls on the planet!

Ah thanks guys! Well as I said the chances are so remote with my funky cycles. But its reassuring to know on the off chance that the little sperms get past the mound of RepHresh and my body decides to increase my luteal phase so that pregnancy can occur, and then does, that it could be a girl. :-)

Not to freak you out or anything but I got preg with this one by a pull out. I didn't think i was ovulating for another 5 days... well I ovulated 4 days earlier. I was shocked some made it and stayed around for a whole day!!

Ahhh!! :-) What are you having? I would be more than happy to get get BFP I am only concerned that my body is not ready yet because of my short luteal phase. If pregnancy was achieved then clearly the luteal phase defect would have not been a problem and I'd be happy... And only left to worry that I got a bit over excited...

I had the big O with my DD too. It sounds like your body was in the right place so I wouldn't worry about it. I had a 9/10 day LP when DD was conceived too, I even got a BFN the day AF was due. Waited a week then tested again before I got a BFP

I don't know yet. I am a little over 9 weeks. I will find out sometime in May I believe! Oh and I did have the big O too. If you do get preg. just think this baby is definitely meant to be!

8dpo and feel like AF is on her way. It's silly really because I expected this, but can't help but feel a little disappointed at still having a short LP... And as much as I pretty much disregarded the notion of being pregnant I guess I still kinda hoped I would be (assuming LPD was fixed too!).
