How soon after DTD does one J&D? I've heard conflicting numbers. And has anyone got pregnant their first month TTC? With both my boys it was a one month deal. So I'm worried if it only takes a month again it will be a boy.

With both my boys I conceived first month... This time much longer... Im in my third month of ttc now...

As for J&D, some get up immediately after, some wait 5 mins some wait 20 mins so up to you... I think it's recommended to do the immediate one first month and then see how you want to change from month to month...

First month I did immediate, second and third I did after 5 mins :)

It depends on what else you are doing to sway.

If you're doing a lot to sway, you should probably give it five minutes.

If all you're doing is j and d, then stick with immediate j and d.

If doing a lot of attempts, then you should probably do immediate.

But if you're not getting pregnant, you may need to lay flat for longer, even 15-30 minutes.

The night I got dd, I did not do j and d at all, I just lay there and went to sleep. But that was my last month of trying before I gave up and I wanted to give it my best shot.
