I charted with BBT and have a CBFM and tested ph and used internet cheap opk's, i have been on all the supps .

Can someone look over my sway please? Please note this is what I hope to happen not what has happened YET, I am new to this site and im loving the template i just wanted to see it written out. Any advice please?

Hi Elico! Looks good! I have 2 boys and I ate a lot of protein when I conceived them so don't hold back! :-)
Your timing is the only thing that stood out to me... DTD 4 days before O makes me think you may get another girl. I don't know about my first son but my second was bang on O day . I'd be inclined to BD right on or close to ovulation!? Good luck!!!!

I would DTD a lot more then once 4 days before O. DTD every 2-4 days on the run up to you attempt and then getting a few attempts in around your fertile window had given really good results on here.
Also I would take a look at the HE diet which is the main diet we use on here and calcium & magnesium are allowed. I followed it, didn't do any of the drinks except green tea and I didn't eat any meat and I am having a boy.
Also you don't mention exercise. most of us here try to lift weights to increase muscle mass & boost testosterone and slows the weight gain.

Take a look at the sways in this forum and see what is working best for people.
