I started the LE diet since joining this site almost a month ago. Since January, I lost about 5 pounds (not so much due to the diet but because I was sick in February and couldn't keep anything down). Anyways at my Dr's office, I went from 120 lbs in January to 114 last week. My home scale where I weight myself naked showed that I went from 116lbs in January to 110.8lbs as of this morning. I'm 5'6. Before beginning of march, I never watched my calories intake but for the past few weeks, I'm averaging 1200 to 1500 calories a day. I skip breakfast, eat a light lunch, skip snacks but if I'm really hungry I eat a lowfat yogurt or baby carrots for snacks, and then a good sized dinner. At this point, I would like to maintain my weight and not lose more.
I was drinking peppermint tea and cranberry juice everyday until my Dr put me on a bland diet (no juice, no peppermint, no chocolate, no spicy/greasy food) due to an inflamed colon. I'm all healed now and I'm slowly adding the juice and tea back in my diet this week. I'm on CD7 and due to O sometime next week. Is there anything I can do between now and during the TWW to help sway pink? Thanks.
