Need help! Don't know where to start!

Hi I am new here! DH and I have a 6 year old little girl. This July we are going to TTC and are hoping and praying for a boy! This is most likely going to be our last child so I am almost desperate for a boy! I have been searching the internet for months on how to sway a boy. I am so overwhelmed I don't know where to start! My biggest area of confusion is CM and ovulation. I have tried ovulation tests and I seem to have a strong LH surge for at least 5 days in a row! Which is confusing me about when I am actually ovulating. I know every month I only notice EWCM for one day. Should I just DTD once I see the EWCM or wait a day? I just started charting my BBT so hopefully that will help with some of my confusion. I think I have the special diets down pat and checking my CM PH seems easy enough. I am just completely lost about when the best time and best "texture" of CM I should be DTD if trying for a boy. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :think:

Most of the boy swayers will DTD every 2 - 3 days from the end of AF until they see a +opk, when you see it you want to DTD 3 times in 24 hours. You will Ov 12-36 hours after the 1st +opk you see. Don't worry about how long it stays +, your BBT will confirm once it is over. Have a look at the HE diet info on here, best of luck getting your Prince :)

Is getting a positive OPK for 5 days your norm? and what day in your cycle do you normally O?

Most ladies on this site have given up on timing and are dtd regulArly to be sure there are a lot of sperm waiting to fertilize the egg, this sways blue for reasons we don't know. I would just have sex every 2-4days, try for 3-5 attempts around pos opk, and do other things like diet and preseed
