Very long cycle

Tis month my cycle went for 41 days!! I didn't check with opk so not sure when I ovulated :worry:
Is this long cycle good for swaying pink? I have been taking vitex but not regular enough to make a diff. I notice my cycles are like 28-30 days and next cycle 40+days. I can't remember which but one cycle is more fertile than the other. I figured this out while ttc ds2
Should I try to shorten my cycle or keep it as it is if it sways pink?

If cycle is long from diet and supps, that sway pink. It long from pcos, that sway blue.

Taking vitex irregularity can mess up cycle even more than steadily. We are seeing best results with taking it 2 weeks on, then rest of the cycle off.

Best result for regular cycle, I mean...we don't know what is best for swaying

Thanks AS. I don't think I have PCOS. At least not that I know of. From what I feel and for the EWCM I think I ovulated at new moon and got af at full moon. Which I think it good for pink right? I don't know if I should take vitex and risk changing this timing.

well, I doubt that the moon can poissibly swya very much at all
