Hi! I recently decided that HT is not for me and I want to try swaying for my next baby (have 2 Ds'). I have been reading all of the information - it is great! Very well put together and informative.

I am planning to TTC at the end of June, or July. I am still breastfeeding my almost 2 yr old DS. He still nurses a lot, day and night. But, I have been getting AF since he was about 6 months so I think (hope!) I'm ovulating.

I have ordered the ph tester and an ovulation microscope. I can't do all the supps bc of breastfeeding but I will be doing calcium, mag, cranberry, starting in May. I am hoping to do a cutoff of some sort as both of my boys were concieved right at O. I am not a big believer in the ions. I am going to do a girl diet as much as I can - no red meat, low salt, low everying basically! I'm not sure about taking aspartame - need to research it and breastfeeding. It seems that everything I like to eat is boy friendly so it will be tough and a big change for me.

I think i probably have high testosterone but i'm not sure how to lower it, aside from diet. (I am in the legal profession, control freak, opinionated, but no other real signs).

Anyways, just wanted to say hi to you all. I look forward to joining you on this swaying adventure!

Hi!! Welcome! I have 3 boys- all shettles babies..right on O day as well:) I'm planning on swaying pink in June/July as well! I'm also nursing my 10mos old A LOT! I have no cycle yet but I'm working at it with vitex...hoping to get it back pronto(my hubby is 40 this year and doesn't really want to wait too long before our last is conceived). I too am not taking a lot of supps, about the same as you. As for the aspartame...I try to stay away from it but that's me:) And for the high testo....peppermint tea 2x daily, let steep well. And also less confrontations...they really peak your testo. Less meats/dairy. There's a few other things that I can't think of right now- Good luck! Oh and we have a summer swayers sticky at the top of this forum:)

Hi! Your plan looks great!!!

Aspartame in breastfeeding is controversial but I do think that a bigger baby can withstand it a lot better than a newborn can, so a 2 year old that is eating solids will be at less risk (if it is even risky, the jury is still out on that). But you can have a great sway without aspartame anyway.

That control freak personality does seem to go along with having more sons. Weight loss really can help by lowering your muscle mass and changing your diet (lower fat and protein!)

Good luck and let me know how else I can help!!
