Other people suggested putting girlie pics where your go-to-foods are.
I find if I don't have any tempting foods I don't (but ATM w chocolate everywhere a different story).
That and gum, carbonated drinks. I swapped to soda****** as my teeth were hurting from all the Pepsi acid :-/
And don't go TOO long between meals? Get hungry but not ravenous??

I've been snacking on mange tout and stuff. Actually not bad. I'm 5ft 1 and 110 pounds so I'm trying not to lose too much too fast. I keep caving and eating some crap lol

Coffee and diet drinks and gum, plus eating lots of fiber.
My other advice is, when you need a cheat, CHEAT but do it sensibly. What happens is, people try to stick to the diet and eat LE Diet stuff when they really want a big mac. So they eat a ton of LE Diet stuff, then end up cheating and eating the big mac anyway. Better to have something similar to the hamburger (like a small kids burger) and skip all the food leading up to it. you can adjust the rest of yoru food intake to make up for what you really want.
So if you really want fish and chips, instead of eating celery, 1/2 c hummus, a fat free yogurt, another fat free yogurt, 17 rice cakes, and a stick of Philly cream cheese eaten from a spoon, then realizing that you've eaten too much anyway and saying "oh f-it I'm having the fish and chips anyway" then eating a gargantuan portion plus a large choc. shake and a batch of brownies, you'd ahve been better off just getting a child size portion of fish and chips with a diet drink and eating that. The odds are you'll be satisfied with a smaller amount of what you REALLY want.
Cheating on LE Diet is not only allowed, it's MANDATORY, because that is what helps you stick to the diet most of the time. and it's the most of the time that matters - the LE Diet is NOT a light switch, it's a radio dial http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/25293-three-essays-swaying.html
