Help please?! Boy? I can't tell!

Please help! I am rubbish at reading ultrasounds! Can anyone see the nub and read it for me please? My friend thought she saw it and thought it was a boy angle....but my gut says girl. Hubby isn't letting me find out at the 20w scan so this is the only clue I get!! Thanks so so much.
I'm 12w3d by dates, 13w3d by scan.

Thank you all!! I was kind of hoping girl as we have a little boy, but another boy would be fun too :-)
Can you tell me what exactly to look for? There seems to be loads going on in tht area!!
