Nope:) My hubby isn't getting any younger and I would really love to pursue my passions in a few years so I'm going keep trying until I'm pregnant. I'm actually at peace with a fourth boy:) Some days this swaying stuff kinda gets on my nerves and I just want to say "screw it!"...and just get preggo with whatever I'm meant to have:) Others....like today, I see my friends little girl in a sweet little dress and apron, helping her mommy bake cookies...and I would do whatever I needed to do to get my girl. Sigh.

If I don't get pregnant this summer then I won't be trying until 2012 but that is more to do with birthdays than swaying.

I am picking certain dates from June 2011 til Dec 2012 and maybe into 2013... Finding o times around the new moon and when hubby and my biocharts show a girl. We are also basing the timing on when the baby would be born... I have a Feb 6 and Mar 12 baby so an April baby would be just right. We know we don't want a Jan, May, or July baby.
Both my boys were unplanned surprises so we are hoping that we could get preg fairly quick. We are in no big hurry since we are just 30 and I am a SAHM.

Summer is the best time to sway for a girl.

I was just thinking that today KB. I'm really not sure?? I'm have the situation as Purplepoet as far as age and SAHM, but the older my boys get I get more comfortable and not to mention there are some things that I would like to have done to my body and my DH is 7yrs. older then me. So I was thinking that I would try through Sept. Who knows though? Maybe by that time I will just be sooo frustrated that I will just want to be preggo and start BD'ing through O.

If I don't get preg this summer, I think I'll cry....:tissue: Swaying Girl is really tough since we make it as tough as possible to conceive. UGH!
I'm hoping we ALL get our BF-PINK-Ps this summer...:luck::luck::XX::luck::luck:

D.M. - I can so relate. I've been okay w/a boy for #3 (a.k.a. " our caboose") for a while but yesterday was such a sob story. Darn pH is super high and I feel like my sway isn't working. Trying so hard to make peace w/the fact that there may never be a girl. I would love 3 boys...as long as there was a girl in the picture too (but this will be our last). If August comes and we're still not preggers, we'll lighten up on things and just hope for the best.

That part never goes away even when you are 100% totally at peace. I WISH it did!!!!!

Summer is the best time to sway for a girl.
I just want to point out that I disagree with this. IG says that summer is best for a girl but the scientific data indicates that late winter/early spring are best for a girl and late summer/early fall are best for a boy. (That is in the Northern Hemisphere. If you live in the Southern Hemisphere, it is the exact opposite.)
Even then, the statistical variation is really not THAT much and I don't think anyone should ever build a sway around the seasons if it interferes with your life and plans.

I would 10000000 times rather you BD through O than give up on diet. If you start getting lax on diet, it's time to regroup and drop timing because timing probably doesn't even sway at all and the longer you go on getting BFN's, you're more likely to give up on diet because it's tough to stick to.

Okay. SO now you threw me for a loop, ha! It is like I have to erase everything I learned from IG, which is actually good because IG stressed me out way more then the info on this site does. :)
