Okay, I think today might be the day! Dh and I dtd Sunday night when I had only creamy cm. Yesterday and today I have ewcm, +opk, its a new moon, raining, wind, storms, (I have ions going for me! :))... I wish I felt more confident about my LE diet. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost in a while and I feel like I've been snacking too much. :(
Anyway, any last min tips/advice to help any girl swimmers out? Maybe make up some cranberry relish (mmmmm)? Do I still need to try to dry up the cm? Anything else I might do to help promote ideal hormones and pH after the fact?
