I went to the Dr. today and they made a rule where they wont tell you gender untill 18-20 weeks!!! GRRR!!! No guesses nothing! I have no clue what Im looking at! What do you ladies think? Boy#4 or Girl#1????

Im getting really nervous and anxious! I really feel like its another boy! I started crying today about it. I didnt think I would be like this. I know if it is a boy I will love him to death, I just want a girl so badly! I dont mind having more boys, Im jusy scared and sad Ill never have my little princess! Ive had 3 miscarriages, if this is another boy I cant halp thinking that maybe I cant carry girls? Sorry just venting!! :(

I dont think my Dr. is sceduling me until 20 weeks so I am trying to make an appt for this tech school who does it for free, so theyre students can practice. Im thinking maybe May 1st. Ill be 15 weeks.

Yep...I REALLY felt like my third was my third boy too. WRONG! Lol. Don't let that aspect get you down. And I also understand the miscarriage thing, I have had several myself and always would play mind games with myself in regards to GD and my body. But, you know, it's not worth it. Don't beat yourself up about the nerves or the feeling that you would feel sad about not having a daughter. Miscarriages or not, it's still fine to desire a daughter in your crowd. I will think pink thoughts for you (I really think you will hear pink based scientifically on your pics) and I hope you find out soon!

Original poster - looks girl to me, and I'm useless at these. However, it looks flat and I'd say that's a great sign! It's also a great sign EVERYONE is guessing girl for you so far - which is exactly what happened with my nub! (I think my nub's thread link is in my signature)

Thanks ladies! I really hope so! :) Im scared I think I may have them put it in an envelope. Everyone on our group is having boys basically I think so far there is 11 boys and 2 girls!!! Im nervous!

I did the envelope thing, I think it's a great idea. I wanted to be able to learn what I was having in the privacy of my own home, with a tiny glass of wine and my DH beside me. I wanted to know that if I needed to fall apart a bit, I could-I wouldn't have to worry about the tech or patients in the waiting room. Of course, if I needed to hoot and dance and sing, I could. Wouldn't have to worry about restraining my excitement in public.

So I had my sono early this morning and I decided to find out there. I am super tired because I cried for an hour straight because its a girl! (happy tears) I am still in shock! But she didnt give me a pic of the lady bits and when I asked her if I could go buy pink stuff she said yeah but save the receipts. She said she saw no signs of male genitalia and shes confident its a girl. DO you think they can get it wrong at 18 weeks?? Im very hesitate and want another scan! Im scared she may be wrong. Theyd be able to see a penis at 18 weeks for sure right??? I didnt see a penis and I saw 3 llines twice. I really want another scan!!!

Congrats!! That's so very exciting! I know exactly how you feel, I was told boy at15 weeks at a private gender scan and then at 21 weeks I was told by my dr for sure girl! Even though every one on this sight and on ingender tell me from my pics at 21w it is 100000000% girl, I still cannot believe it! After having 3 boys and being told boy at first with this one, I can't bring myself to believe it! All I know is that with all 3 of my boys they were OBVIOUSLY boys by 18 weeks. Luckily I get another scan next week to double check.
