has anyone been doing this? IG suggests puttinggelatin in liquid and drinking it. It tastes terrible. My DH thinks its so funny. Ive been reading on here this morning that raising testosterone doesnt happen through diet and supps , so im feeling very very foolish right now lol.

As a mum of two boys I couldn't think of anything more disgusting! How about making jelly using fresh juice/smoothies and gelatine sheets? Sorry if I've misunderstood anything about gelatine. :)

I didn't include the gelatin in my sway, i did weight lifting to increase T levels.

I do include it in the sway plans (working on your plan now!!) because it's cheap and safe, but you do NOT need to drink it if you don't want to. I got 4 boys without ever drinking or even eating gelatin regularly.
I think you're a bit confused though, diet and supps DO help raise testosterone, along with lifting weights and getting plenty of rest.

I didn't do it as part of my sway as I am vegetarian. I still got my boy😃

I never did the gelatin as part of my sway, I lifted weights and ate foods that are supposed to increase T and I got my boy

Don't mind me, just passing through! Wondering if it'd be a little nicer if you made a jelly rather than drinking the gelatin, or is it a lot different?

Me! I mix 2 packages with water and drink from Af-O. I found that first mixing the powder with a little cold water before adding hot, boiling water does the trick as it completely dissolves into the water. You can still taste it a little, but its not too bad.

great tip!! thanks!
If you are able to eat meat regularly it's prob. not necessary, may be quite helpful to vegetarian/vegan blue swayers tho. But as Pearl points out, it's MADE of animals and thus is a no-no for vegetarians/vegans.

it's just the same, but the prob. is that jelly/Jell-o is made with liquid and sugar and thus is a lot more calorically dense and it's quite hard to eat enough of it becos you have to eat all the water you put into it as well.
