13w2d really hard picture please help!!!

So the lady did an ultrasound on top of my stomach instead of a sonogram, she was kinda rude quick and short about everything. I'm 13w2d in this picture the first pic is of babies face. @nd pic is of the heart beat which looks like the babies mid section with the right foot in it and I see a shallow looking nub. please help me figure second picture out if it's read able. Thanks.

Baby is lying on it's left side with right leg up and spine is a little curved. if what I'm seeing it looks like a long flat forked nub. What do you think Thanks.

It's the second picture but up close, it has it's right leg in the picture a little bit.

Here is the photo I drew on and blew up that you were looking at it has a little bit of the right leg in it and I think the nib is sitting just below the leg.

I don't think that is a nub. A profile shot would have been ideal. I hate rude techs.

Does anyone else have anyguess as to what I circled in one of my photos is that a nub or not, so confused and tech did a potty shot and said that she didn't see anything down there.

Can I get any skull guesses based off the skull theory I have my ultrasound coming up and would like at least a guess. thx.

I think that is actual a cross section of the chest and that is one of baby's arms to the right there rather than a leg. Good luck at your next scan!
