I'm starting to gather information for TTC girl late this summer, and one of the issues I'm trying to work out is what to do about diet. I am pretty thin/borderline underweight, and I attempted the LE diet when swaying previously (ended up with DS2). At that time, the diet was very stressful for me because I was losing weight and everyone was concerned, I didn't feel well, etc. I really think the stress of it all was bad for my sway, and I felt very unhealthy. I am definitely not knocking the diet, as I know that many people have a lot of success with it, and I want to do everything I can to conceive a girl this time, as this will be our last child. I'm just not sure how to approach it. Would just going vegetarian be helpful? I don't eat much meat to begin with, so this would be pretty easy for me to do. However, I'm sure that's not enough. Any advice?

if you can't do everything going vegetarian, skipping breakfast and no snacking will make a big difference and although you may not want to count calories etc try to avoid huge meals too; anything you can do is better than nothing.

i did the le diet but found the watching what i ate stressful so i only monitored it for a few days, i then ate the same few things - really boring but it took the stress out of it

yes, that's perfect, just go vegetarian and increase intake of empty carbs to be sure the weight stays on.

You can do everything and still get an opposite, so your health and wellbeing has to come first.
