Stupid SPD

Im getting fed up already got really bad spd and now atm am sat on the floor and am stuck :( I need the loo as well :( :hair: its soooo not fair, does anything help with spd?

no useful ideas sorry but i do know how you feel and i have another 10 weeks to go to and can barely move at times when its bad and other times i'm soooooo slow walking etc. My midwife has referred me to a physio but the waiting time is ridiculous and i doubt they will have anything useful to add. It does get better after the babe is born though.

There are quite a few mummies on here suffering at the moment though so hopefully if anyone has found anything useful they will shout up

The bad bit is iv still got 20 weeks left and its soooo bad I had to wait till OH got home to get help getting up :(
