I am going on holidays in 5 weeks for 10 days. I will probably eat what I want and won't be strict. I plan on starting the LE diet whe n I get back for 6 weeks with the hope to ttc in August. I weigh 138 at the moment so don't have alot to loose, maybe 8 lbs.
At the moment I am running 30mins 3 times a week also not eating any junk food in order to look somewhat decent on hols. I will probably drop a few lbs before hols if I stay this way then on hols I will put those l will put this lbs back on. I will start my girl sway and LE diet once I am home. If I drop some lbs, then put them on then loose again once I sart LE diet and I putting myself in boy territory before I have eve begun my girl sway?
