Hi. TMI but what's a girl to do! I just started preparing for my boy sway and started with supplements. I have been taking them from Af and am on day 16...I normally ovulate around day 18/19. Daily I am taking:

Flaxseed Oil-1000mg
Fish Oil-1000mg
EPO-1000mg
L-Arginine-1000mg
Potassium-99mg

Today (day16) I have had a lot of creamy cm which is a good thing but it looks sort of tan/light brownish.

I have heard everything from its a sign of high/great fertility to it could be a sign of ananovulatory cycle. Does anyone have experience with this? I know I don't have an infection or anything funky so I am wondering if it is a result of the supplements since that is the only thing I've done differently. Sigh. I hope I didn't mess up a good thing just trying to sway boy.
Also, what do you all think about the supplements and amts I am taking. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I think the EPO can mess with your cycle.it messed up mine when I TTC DD#2.When the cm is clear & stretchy its the most friendly! Of course I'm no expert someone please correct me if that's not accurate!

Brown or tan colour may suggest old blood clearing out, i dont think you need to be worried, just see how you go this cycle.

I'm hoping! I think I will finish out this cycle and see what happens before I jump ship. Otherwise, EPO will find its way to the trash! Thanks!

AAAA way way way too much!!!

You should not be taking more Omega 6's than Omega 3's. Fish oil is Omega 3 and EPO and flax are BOTH Omega 6, so you are taking double what you should be taking. Drop one or the other and reduce dose to 500 mg. This will cut in half the amount of blood thinning supps you are on, these supps can cause bleeding from the cervix at ovulation that can mix with CM and make it look brown. Some people can't even take that much and have to cut dose on the blood thinner supps even more.

ARe you experiencing any delay in ovulation along with this?? some of the supps you're taking can delay ovulation.

Be sure you stop EPO/flaxseed at or prior to ovulation.
