Just mix it in with juice and choke it down...it's is VILE stuff if you can get one packet a day down you're doing great.

Both! I had a g/f who said she didn't mind it either...I just couldn't get it down the hatch :)

I didn't like the thickness of it, but if you drink it fast, it isn't horrible. I mixed mine with pineapple juice and ACV. If you let it sit, it turns solid!
