DH and I are going grocery shopping tomorrow and it is crunch time for us with our sway. I want to get into a routine with what I am eating. Can anyone give me some tips on some boy friendly foods/snacks that they liked to use during their successful sway?

i can do all of that except the chicken. and will have to do gluten free whole grain breads! thanks so much! think if i am going to do doing a lot of frozen berries and yogurts i might just combine them and start making myself oatmeal fruit smoothies in the morning and some eggs on the side since i have been hearing eggs sway boy!

The important thing is to get what you like and will actually eat!!!

So I don't need to eat a bunch of potassium rich foods and stuff? I just need to eat a lot basically? I am generally a pretty healthy eater so that's already in my favor. Because if pigging out and not going for runs is what I need to do I am down for that!!! Best. Summer. Ever.

Perfect list cinns I had em all minus the Avacado!
You need food high in nutrition.. And that is a great list and makesure you get what you would like to eat, the last thing you want to do is eat stuff that make you wanna hurl!! Lol
Wish you all the best, trust me it may seem over whelming but I spent six months with this diet and it really is not at all bad..

Yes it is a big adjustment for us girlys to eat breakfast and so much food! Your body will get used to it though, i found about 3 weeks in, upon waking i would be starving and every 3 hours my tummy would growl at me, and your metabolism will get more efficient too, so its all good.

I am trying to sway for a boy and what I am doing right now for this attempt is eating a lot more greens drinking alkaline smoothies since it favors for a boy. I am also taking fish oil, prenatal vitamins, evening prime rose oil pills, will start using pre seed lub since its friendly for the Sperm and its alkaline in favor for a boy and will use organic egg white every other day to help conceive a boy since the egg white has a pH of 9 which is very alkaline and favorable for a boy! Anyone else has any other tips that I can use? Also consume a lot of almonds since they are high in alkaline along with dried prunes and peaches as well! I am also consuming a lot more bananas and hubby should take zinc or CoQ10 to help sperm be more mobile!
