Hey all, obviously been trying a while and hopefully this is my lucky month. I've decided to scrap Vitex and the other supplements like that, apart from aspirin. One thing is though, I'm not losing much weight at all. I don't feel hungry all of the time anymore or anything and my collarbone is more prominent, but I'm not really losing anything... is this going to stop my sway working?

I'm just wondering what I can do to speed up the process as my first 2 were one hit wonders! I've been trying months for this one now!

Any suggestions, folks?

Thanks :)

I know Atomic conceived her girl the month after she dropped Vitex. As for the weight loss, it obviously does have to slow down after a while, but as long as your in "declining maternal health" and following LE, it's a great sway.

Vitex seems to decrease fertility in my honest opinion. I know a forum of people TTC (not swaying) and some of those have used it and haven't got pregnant whilst using it, either.

One thing I'm not sure of is how you know if you're not in good health. I'm just leading an unhealthy lifestyle by drinking every night and smoking and it's altered my cycle slightly. Is this a good sign?

hey i personally feel that timing etc are the least important aspects of the sway, i would drop timing, then supps and hold onto diet myself. It took me 8 months i know it drives you loopy i'd stop temping and charting enjoy dtd and see what happens - that's what i did

what is your bmi? if it's below 18 you mustn't loose more weight, if it's more i'd try to add exercise to keep dropping that's what i did in the end x

No worries on the weight situation, the diet still works even if you are not actively loosing weight.

I would try laying flat after attempt and dropping frequency.

You may want to drop aspirin too, jic.

On other sites people take vitex in patterns that are really bad for conception. Like starting midcycle or taking it all month long

You don't know if your condition is declining or not, all you can do is try and then let the chips fall where they may.
