Have been spotting since i ovulated bur just now i has cramps and went to the toulet and was dripping blood. Not alot but still. Ive gotta scan tomorrow but im only 6weeks so not sure theyll see alot. Where would you go from here in terms of swaying? (Only if i actually do lose the baby). We wouldnt wait to try again, what would you do in terms of sway etc?

Are you on girl sway hun?

If so I would keep with the diet but drop any tablets like aspirin or vitex etc while I was bleeding. Once bleeding stops, do an opk every day because your cycle can be a bit off and it's hard to predict when you will ovulate. Easier calculation wise to wait for a new cycle, but with a natural mc you don't need to xxxxx
