Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Breakfast everyday within 1 hour of waking. Eating every 2 - 3 hours. Protein at every meal and snacking on larabars, greek yoghurt with dates and berries.
Mixed berries,Lots of red meat, cheese, eggs, vegetables and fruits! And Lots of Lentil curry/soups!!
Mixed berry smoothie after every workout ( I added raw egg for natural source of protein)
If diet was used length of time before attempt?
5 and half months before my first BFP
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
No he doesn't know I swayed Lol
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Not a big lamb eater but doesn't say no to his Beef, occasionally a v-8
Juice drinker, eggs chicken are part of daily diet. Loves his cheese and crackers like me :)
DId you consume alcohol?
No DH and I don't drink
DId you try to limit caffeine?
I've never been a huge coffee or tea drinker I didn't drink any tea or coffee during my sway and rarely drank it before swaying.
Any Diet Details?
My mornings would usually consist of cereal or quaker granola cereals with full fat dairy, or I would have oatmeal with peanut butter and weekend usually have fried egg with baked beans yum!
I drank green tea with lots of fresh lemon squeezed in it but
Lemon wasn't use for swaying purposes just because I like lemons
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
No soda, juice was drank quite alot so I cut down drastically due to weight gain apart from
That only had plain water through out the day.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
My weight was rather over weight, put on alot
Of weigh. Tried my very best with exercising and cutting down breads,potatoes
I weight 170lbs around ovulation time!
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Strength training with weights 3-4 xs per week
And due to weigh gain I upped my cardio to 4-5xs

O-5, O-3, O-1,O unfortunately DH was absolutely sick so Im not sure if we made it in time for the day of ovulation. I've forgotten now i don't remember on which day we did
It the night and following morning after

Either doggy style or legs over DH shoulders.
Any additional comments?
I used preseed for all attempts, and went sleep after evening attempts.
Any relevant attempt details?
Had quite alot of EWCM but went ahead with preseed.
Did you do anything with Ions?
Not on purpose, on laptotp alot or my phone.

Nope
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The fact I was on it for a while and the
Wide nutritious food intake.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
There were times before my BFP cycle where i went for almost 4
Hours roughly of not eating! And possibly putting on weight.
Things worth mentioning:
Chinese gender chart said boy and some say girl.. But
I will have to wait and see. I have many, many more sleeps to go
till I find out who was chosen to be tucked away inside of me :).
All in all I went into this swaying knowing I had nothing to lose, and constantly reminded myself its
Not guaranteed and opposites are inevitable but regardless I am waiting to welcome my Lil unborn with opened arms no matter what the gender..
