At 14 weeks 2 days I went to a private ultrasound and the technician said she's confident it's a BOY! When I look closely, I see a line right down the middle? Please let me know if you think it's a boy, girl or too early to tell!

100% boy. If it were a girl, there would be no protrusion like that. Girls can have nub-like things between the legs but it would be very small and a sharp triangle point on the end. Looks like a definite boy to me! Congrats!

Im sorry to steal the thread I just have a question. I was told that I am problaly having a boy too at 14 weeks. But everyone told me that its too early to see the gender that week because boys and girls look almost the same. Why can you see it really clear with some babies in week 14 and others not? They develop really different?

Knel: I think it looks like a boy too! congratulations!

Because there can be a tiny nub that if you don't know what you're looking at can look like a penis.

Size does matter at 14 weeks!!

Looks all boy!

Each baby starts to develop at their own rate around 12 weeks (before that growth is relatively uniform) and some gender images are very clear by 13-14 weeks whereas others are still ambiguous.

Ok so I saw my dr today and this is the picture she gave me... Is it just me or is his man pc getting smaller? Is it just not as good of a pic? Has anyone else experienced something similar? Please share your experiences!!

It all depends on the position, angle and quality of the machine. It's still a boy.

Thank you! My Dr. wasn't certain and mentioned that it may be the umbilical cord so that made me curious for the opinions of others!

Cord presents as 3 lines floating out from the baby.
