I don't eat a lot bread products but I enjoy a few thing here and there... a slice of pizza onr fridays, about 1cp of pasta, a bagel 1-2x's a mth, and a sandwich here and there.
I am thinking of adding a tortilla to my lunch or a snack to help fill me a little. I was wondering if I should stick to a fat free one, a carb balance brand, or what ever may be best for a girl sway??? I will be eating pasta once a week and other then that just rice.
