Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I ate a lot more healthier and a lot more protein than I normally would do. I gave up all my cakes and desserts (which was very hard to do lol)
I would have 1 cup of green and lemon tea per day with 2tea bags. 1 or half a lemon squeezed in my water. Cut out my fizzy drinks

Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH normally ate healthy. Since 1st Jan that was our New Years resolution lol

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
Sometimes I would find it hard to eat fruit, so I would blend all my fruit in a juicer. Such as, oranges, apple, cucumber, strawberries, pineapple, carrots and watermelon. I still ate my curries - lentil soup, tofu, chicken curry, mixed veg curry. I would have a generous amount of fresh salad with my lunch and dinner (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, red onion- with fresh lemon squeezed all over)
I ate soo many eggs my god! I don't normally have eggs maybe something like 2 a month. I would have them for breakfast, or as a mid morning snack. I would salmon or cod curry -Amazing! Chicken or lamb.
I ate a lot of cashew nuts and almond nuts, roasted with chilly and lemon on top.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I am a vegetarian on a Tuesday and Sunday, which meant I had to eat things like tofu, lentil soup, paneer curry etc. Also every Wednesday I was on a fast, I could only eat nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, milk and then one main meal in the evening.

I weighed 8 stones 3 pound before the diet. I weighed 8'7 just before I got my bfp

I would go on the treadmill three times a week. Lifting both my DDs. Doing swats

Erm I have my mobile near me every night ( not done intentionally, I use it to check the time)

I did my best to change my diet, but lets see what gods got planned for me :0)
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
My veggy tues and Sunday. My fast on a Wednesdays. But it's ok
Things worth mentioning:
Chinese calendar says girl.
I tried my best in changing my diet. I did what I could but what ever gender the baby is I just hope it's healthy and happy! I will love my baby just as much as my two DDs. I feel this pregnancy is going to be very slow, I'm really looking forward to having a newborn baby.
